1. Order processing time
After you place an order, we will try our best to process and ship it quickly: Processing time: The order will enter production within 18 hours.
Because all jewelry is handmade, the estimated production time for ordinary products is 1 to 3 days, and the estimated production time for customized products is 3 to 7 days.
Special circumstances: If the order volume is large, the processing time may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you in a timely manner by email.
2. Shipping method and time
We provide the following shipping methods for you to choose:
Standard shipping: The estimated delivery time range is 6-15 working days.
Usually 6-9 days in the United States and 8-11 days in the European Union.
If you have a specific country for delivery, you can communicate with customer service for a more accurate time.
Fast shipping: The estimated delivery time is 3-7 working days (applicable to some areas).

3. Shipping cost

4. International Shipping
We support order delivery worldwide, but some countries or regions may have logistics restrictions.

After your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number and logistics information via email. The relevant logistics information will also be displayed in your third-party platform store order details and on your ArtShiney page.
You can use this information to track your package status in real time on the logistics company's official website. (Note: We will not proactively contact your buyers, send any email notifications about the package, or display any ArtShiney-related information in the package. 6. Undelivered or delayed orders
If your order is not delivered within the estimated time, please contact us through our customer support. We will verify the situation with the logistics company and try our best to resolve the problem.
7. Lost or damaged package
If your package is lost during transportation or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately and provide relevant proof (such as photos). We will provide you with a refund or re-shipping service after verification.
8. Change Address
You can change the delivery address at any time before the order is processed. If the order has been shipped, it may not be possible to change the address. Please contact our customer service for further assistance.
